NovaFlo™ 1000 is a Glass-fibre Reinforced Plastic (GRP) water and waste water piping system. NovaFlo™ 1000 is constructed from Novafast® 1000 resin and high quality glass fibre roving using filament winding technology.

NovaFlo™ 1000 has been developed for use in water, waste water, and medium duty corrosive service applications. Typical applications include irrigation, chemical and industrial processes, sea water handling, desalination, and sewerage treatment.
NovaFlo™ 1000 is a versatile piping system and can be used to construct advanced piping networks above or below ground. The two most commonly used joining systems are bell coupled and butt and strap.
Pipes can be joined quickly and efficiently using the double bell coupling joints. This joining method greatly accelerates installation and reduces installation cost.
Complicated spools may also be premade using the butt and strap GRP joining method. This allows manufacturing work to be conducted off site further simplifying installation.
A wide range of fittings and accessories are available. These are able to be fitted on or off site using butt and strap methods.

A large range of sizes and pressure ratings are available for bell coupled or butt and strap joining type pipes.
