
NovaFlo™ 2000 is a Glass-fibre Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) high pressure piping system. NovaFlo™ 2000 is constructed from Novafast® 2000 resin and high quality glass fibre roving using filament winding technology.
NovaFlo™ 2000 has been developed for use with gas, water and oil in medium to severe corrosive service applications. Typical applications include irrigation, chemical and industrial processes, sea water handling, desalination, and sewage treatment.

Two different series of Novafast® 2000 resin are used in the manufacture of NovaFlo™ 2000 piping. The two different resins affect the temperature and chemical resistance properties of the finished pipe.
The maximum temperature resistance of each series is shown below. Maximum service temperatures are influenced greatly by the contained fluid. For further information about chemical resistance and maximum service temperature please contact Novafast®.

A wide range of fittings and accessories are available in various connection types. Threaded, key-lock and bonded connections systems allow piping systems to be tailored to suit your design requirements.
Novafast is capable of manufacturing elbows, tees, reducers and flanges using threaded, key-lock, and bonded connection types.
