NovaLine™ Spoolable Pipe

NovaLine™ is a flexible, corrosion resistant, high pressure, spoolable pipe system. NovaLine™ has been developed using specific composite materials to meet a range of pressure and application requirements. NovaLine™ is API-17J compliant.

NovaLine™ has been developed for use in gas or oil gathering, and water or gas injection applications. The unique construction makes it suitable for high pressure sour or corrosive service.

Installation

NovaLine™ can be provided on spools in lengths up to 1400m (4900ft) and can be installed directly from the spool, increasing installation productivity and reducing installation times. NovaLine™ is installed using swaged connections, being designed and selected to suit the application. Installation can now take place with fewer people and no welding.

Product Options

A range of product options have been developed to meet specific design and construction requirements.

Fibre Tape Reinforced
Sizes:	75mm, 100mm, 150mm ( 3, 4 and 6 inch)
Pressure:	5 to 15 MPa (750 to 2150 psi)
Temperature:	Continuous service at 60° C (140°F)

Steel Tape Reinforced
Sizes:	50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 150mm ( 2, 3, 4 and 6 inch)
Pressure:	5 to 10 MPa (750 to 1500 psi)
Temperature:	Continuous service at 90° C (194°F)

High Temperature, Steel Tape Reinforced
Sizes:	50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 150mm ( 2, 3, 4 and 6 inch)
Pressure:	5 to 10 MPa (750 to 1500 psi)
Temperature:	Continuous service at 60° C (140°F)

Weighted / Tape Reinforced
Sizes:	50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 150mm ( 2, 3, 4 and 6 inch)
Pressure:	10 to 15 MPa (1500 to 2150 psi)
Temperature:	Continuous service at 60° C (140°F)
Other:	Sinks in water and rated to 40m when filled with air
